Thomas A Gruppioni CPA, MS in Taxation

Managing Partner

Tom established his own practice, Thomas A. Gruppioni, CPA, in 1985, building a foundation of trust and expertise over 35 years before forming a partnership in 2020. Tom began his distinguished career in the Boston office of the "Big Four" accounting firm Deloitte & Touche and he also served as Vice President of Finance for a real estate construction and development group. Tom is an alumnus of Western New England University, where he graduated summa cum laude, and holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Bryant University.

Kelly C Pelissier CPA, MS in Taxation

Managing Partner

Kelly joined the firm as an associate in 2015, later partnering with Tom in 2020 to form Gruppioni & Pelissier, LLC. With over 17 years of experience in public accounting, she brings deep expertise in taxation and financial strategy to her clients. Prior to joining the firm, Kelly held supervisory roles at prominent Boston-area firms, including Gray, Gray & Gray and RSM McGladrey. She holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science from Providence College.

Administrative Assistant

Mary joined Gruppioni & Pelissier in 2025 as our Administrative Assistant. She balances firm-wide office management with essential accounting and bookkeeping support, ensuring smooth daily operations and a professional client experience.
